3. SaaS Applications & Forecasting Tools

Our cloud-based tools (including forecasting, reporting, and analytical applications) are provided to support internal financial planning and decision-making.

Users remain responsible for:

• Interpreting results appropriately;
• Applying professional judgment;
• Ensuring outputs align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Trading Hub is not liable for decisions made using any model or forecast output.

4. Advisory & Training Services

Our advisory and training services offer guidance on forecasting practices, workflows, reporting clarity, governance, and operational capability.

They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services.

5. Payments & Refunds

All SaaS subscriptions, training sessions, and advisory services must be prepaid.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• A service cannot be delivered, or
• A verified technical issue prevents access.

Once services are delivered or content is accessed, refunds are not available.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services.

We do not sell or share personal data except as required to provide a service or comply with legal obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trading Hub is not liable for:

• Business or financial losses resulting from the use of our tools or materials;
• Decisions based on forecasts, scenarios, or reports;
