3. SaaS Applications & Forecasting Tools

Our cloud-based applications, including forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools, are provided to support internal financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

Users remain responsible for:

• Interpreting results appropriately
• Applying professional judgment
• Ensuring outputs comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Trading Hub is not responsible for decisions made using any model, scenario, or forecast output.

4. Advisory & Training Services

Our advisory and training services provide guidance on forecasting practices, analytical workflows, reporting clarity, governance frameworks, and operational capability.

These services do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services.

5. Payments & Refunds

All SaaS subscriptions, training sessions, and advisory services must be paid in advance.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• A service cannot be delivered; or
• A verified technical issue prevents access to the service.

Once services are delivered or content has been accessed, refunds are not available.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services.

We do not sell or distribute personal data except when required:

• To deliver services through trusted providers (such as payment or CRM systems), or
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.
